The Senate came to an agreement on Wednesday with a $790 billion stimulus bill that would create millions of jobs. The legislation said that one of the ways the bill was going to help the victims of the recession was in the form of bigger unemployment benifits and food stamps. The legislation also said that people who recieve Social Security, Supplemental Security Income and veterans pensions disability would have to pay a one time charge of $250.
